The price of GOs at the last auction fell by 24%.

The average price of guarantees of origin at the latest auction fell by 24% to €0.35/MWh, its lowest level since January 2021. The fact that most buyers are covered and that the market remains oversupplied is weighing on prices. French prices are in line with prices in the rest of Europe. Volumes sold totalled 2.9 TWh, including 1.3 TWh of solar GO, 1.1 TWh of wind GO and 0.1 TWh of hydro GO.
