Danish company Orsted has lodged a complaint against the US administration following the latter's decision to withdraw the operating permit for an offshore wind project that is three-quarters complete. The Revolution Wind project, estimated to cost 1.5 billion dollars, is now on standby. Orsted has a 50% stake in the project, with the remainder held by BlackRock. The Trump administration has made no secret of its hostility to wind power, particularly offshore wind power.
