Natural gas stocks have reached 90% of capacity

The European Union's natural gas storage facilities were 90% full on 20 August, more than two months before the deadline set by the European Commission. Storage facilities can supply up to 40-45% of the gas consumed by the European Union during the winter. By the end of the winter of 2023-2024, stock levels had fallen to 59.23%.
