Gazprom subsidiary takes the European Union to court

Nord Stream 2 AG, a company registered in Switzerland and wholly owned by Gazprom, has filed an action with the General Court of the European Union seeking to overturn the phased ban on imports of pipeline gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Russia.
