Engie suspends its renewable energy investments in the United States
Engie has suspended its investments in renewable energy in the US, as it waits for more clarity on feed-in tariffs and the future of the Inflation Reduction Act. Engie was developing 35 GW of renewable assets in the US, out of a total of 115 GW under development worldwide. The group currently operates 8.5 GW of renewable assets in the US, out of a worldwide total of 51.6 GW.
