EDF revises upwards its nuclear power generation forecast for 2024

EDF has indicated that electricity production from its nuclear fleet will reach between 358 and 364 TWh in 2024. Optimisation of reactor shutdowns and industrial control of inspections and repairs linked to stress corrosion have made it possible to increase the expected level of production for 2024. Last September, EDF was forecasting nuclear power generation of between 340 and 360 TWh. In 2023, EDF's nuclear fleet generated 320 TWh.
